Movement Dance Exercise Classes
Despite all the competition from different movement, dance exercise disciplines that have sprung up over recent years, becoming “flavour of the month/year”, or the “fashion of the day”, Medau is still out there today as one of the leading movement and dance exercise forms and celebrates its 60th year in the business! What an achievement!
What’s the secret behind Medau’s success? Medau has remained true to its principles and ethos, yet has kept up with all the modern day changes and challenges along the way.
What is Medau?
An effective workout programme of movement dance exercise promoting health and fitness which aims to improve co-ordination, posture, balance, strength, stamina, suppleness and cardio-vascular levels. Moving to a whole variety of music and using small apparatus such as balls, hoops, clubs, skipping ropes, scarves, ribbons classes are fun and enjoyable to do! Give it a try, feel the difference, be revitalised and ready for a new day!
